The end of a photographic icon ?

Can we really be looking at the end of Kodak ? Surely an unthinkable thought. The company that brought photography to the masses with it’s box brownie now looks like saying goodbye to the world of photography. They say they have lost out in the digital camera market, how can this be they developed one of the worlds first consumer digital cameras, but some wise pen pusher decided they should not release/develop it to protect their film market. Is this person now thinking this is the biggest mistake of their lives ? Hopefully. This was probably one of the most spectacularly short sighted decisions in the world of business.

My first digital camera was the Kodak DC210 with a mighty 1 megapixel camera
